Privacy Policy – FoliqoPDF

FoliqoPDF ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Foliqo PDF application.

1. PDF, Image and Document Processing

Foliqo is designed to perform PDF and image editing functions primarily on your device.

Documents, PDFs and images that you select for functions such as editing, scanning, cropping, compressing, converting, managing pages, rotating, printing or sharing are processed on your device for those functions.

Foliqo does not upload your PDF documents or images to our own servers for document editing or conversion unless a specific online feature clearly informs you otherwise before use.

Users are responsible for keeping copies of important files. Files stored only inside the application or application storage may be removed if the application is uninstalled or its data is cleared.

2. Camera and Photo Access

Foliqo may request access to your device camera, photos, images or files when required for features such as:

• Scanning documents

• Creating PDFs from images

• Adding images to PDF pages

• Selecting and opening PDF documents

• Saving or exporting documents

These permissions are used only when necessary to provide the feature requested by the user.

You may deny or revoke permissions through your Android device settings, although some features may not work without the required permission.

3. Advertising

The free version of Foliqo may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google AdMob may collect or process certain information, including device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate information derived from the device or network, ad interactions and other information required to provide, measure, personalize or protect advertising services.

Advertising data is handled according to Google's own privacy policies and applicable consent requirements.

Where required, Foliqo may provide advertising privacy or consent options to the user.

Users who purchase an eligible Pro plan may receive an ad-free experience according to the features of the purchased plan.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

Foliqo may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Google Play.

Payments are processed by Google Play. Foliqo does not directly receive or store your full credit card, debit card or other payment card details.

To verify purchases and determine whether Pro features should be enabled, purchase-related information such as the product ID, purchase token and purchase status may be processed by Google Play and/or a purchase verification service.

This information is used only for managing, validating or restoring your Foliqo purchase or subscription.

5. Information We May Process

Depending on the features you use, Foliqo or third-party services integrated into the App may process:

• Device and application information

• Advertising identifiers

• Advertising interaction information

• Purchase product IDs and purchase tokens

• Subscription or purchase status

• Files, images or documents selected by you for local processing

• Camera input when you choose to scan a document

Foliqo does not sell your personal documents, PDFs or images.

6. Sharing and Exporting

Foliqo may allow you to share, print or export documents using Android system features or third-party applications installed on your device.

When you choose to share a file with another application or service, that third party's privacy practices apply after the file is transferred to them.

7. Third-Party Services

Foliqo may use third-party services including:

• Google Play Services

• Google Play Billing

• Google AdMob

These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Foliqo is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

8. Data Retention

Documents and images processed locally by Foliqo remain under the user's control and may remain on the device until the user deletes them, clears the application's data or uninstalls the application.

Advertising and purchase-related information processed by third-party services may be retained according to those providers' own policies and applicable legal requirements.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to design Foliqo so that document processing can be performed locally where possible.

However, no device, application, network or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their devices and keep backups of important documents.

10. Children's Privacy

Foliqo is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Third-party advertising, billing and platform services may apply their own age-related requirements and privacy protections.

If you believe that personal information relating to a child has been processed improperly through Foliqo, please contact us.

11. Your Choices

You may:

• Deny or revoke camera, photo or file permissions through Android settings

• Delete files created or stored by the App

• Manage advertising privacy choices when those controls are available

• Manage subscriptions and purchases through Google Play

• Uninstall Foliqo at any time

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Foliqo features, legal requirements or third-party services change.
